Our Story
LENSIC was born from a simple frustration: as a hobby photographer, getting honest, professional-level feedback on my work seemed nearly impossible.
Professional critique sessions are expensive. Photography communities online often lean toward flattery rather than constructive criticism. And without formal training, it's hard to know if your photos are actually improving—or if you're just getting more comfortable with your current skill level.
I wanted something different: a strict but fair critic. Like a competition judge who wouldn't hold back, but whose feedback you could trust to help you grow. Someone who would tell you exactly why your composition works or doesn't, what your lighting is missing, and how to actually improve.
That's why we built LENSIC—an AI photo critic that's objective, observation-based, and genuinely helpful.

Honest, Not Flattering
Online communities often default to encouragement over honesty. We believe photographers deserve better. Our AI provides observation-based feedback with consistent standards—the same criteria whether you're a beginner or advanced.
Actionable, Not Abstract
Knowing your photo scored 72 isn't helpful without knowing why—and what to do about it. Every LENSIC evaluation includes specific suggestions: Lightroom adjustments, shooting techniques for next time, and reference artists to study.

Privacy by Design
Your photos are never used for AI training. Guest uploads are automatically deleted after 30 days. You control your own data.
Content Safety
We automatically filter explicit content, violence, and hate imagery to protect our community. Artistic nudity is welcome—with an appeals process for incorrectly flagged content.
No Photo Editing
We never modify, enhance, or alter your photos in any way. Your images remain exactly as you uploaded them.
No AI Training
